is incorporated in Oregon and registered ABN, Produce1. In the State of
California, under the Produce Dealers Act, PRODUCEONE INC is licensed as
a commission merchant and as a broker to purchase California farm
products (E11306). PRODUCEONE INC holds a PACA license (20000843) for
both fresh and frozen product as a broker under the federal Perishable
Agricultural Commodities Act. Presently, we import fresh fruit from Chile and Mexico and market domestic apples. We are always looking for potential export/import alliances. PRODUCEONE INC offers pre and post-harvest quality control consultation in Oregon, the Central Coast and the San Joaquin Valley of California. Also, we provide consultation services in Mexico and Chile. PRODUCEONE INC has in force a $2,000,000 product liability policy. The policy has an umbrella clause that can be extended to cover the produce vendor if requested.
